Buffalo has launched the Wireless-G High Gain Omni Directional USB 2.0 Adapter, designed to boost your wireless reception on the move.

The device attaches to the back of any laptop screen or any flat surface with its suction pads, then connecting to a laptop through an available USB port. It features a built-in multi-directional high gain antenna, which should boost coverage in wireless hot spots, compared to a standard 802.11g wireless network. It also uses Buffalo’s AOSS (One-Touch Secure System) technology, as well as offering WPA2, WPA-PSK with AES/TKIP and 128/64-bit WEP security.

It’s available now, priced at £24.
