We’ve all done it – while sorting out a load of digital snaps you meant to remove that unflattering photo of you stuffing your face when in fact you ended up deleting that wonderful Moroccan sunset from last year’s holiday pics.
You can either fess up to your better half that the images are now just memories, or alternatively fire up Data Doctor’s Digital Picture Recovery Tool and try and get them back.
The software claims to be able to restore snaps from SD, XD, MMC and flash media devices and supports all major brands of removable media including SanDisk, Samsung, Olympus, Minolta, Kodak, Casio, Konica, Sony.
The application supports Windows Vista, XP, 2000 and 98 and there’s a trial version for download too.
While nothing can protect against user error, it’s worth a shot at trying to reverse the harmful effects.
