Apple claim none of their software works on Vista

After Apple’s earlier warning to iTunes-using PC users not to upgrade to Vista, they’re now claiming that none of their software works under Vista.
Affected software includes not only iTunes, but Quicktime, Airport for Windows, Bonjour for Windows, iDisk, and AppleWorks for Windows. These all worked fine under Windows XP.
Of those, iTunes and Quicktime are likely the most critical for a large number of users. I can’t recall seeing any PC user using AppleWorks!
Nevertheless, there’s no definite timeline for Apple fixing the issues to make these pieces of software compatible. Maybe we should all just get OS X installed on the PC instead. I’m wondering how many Vista users will be that bothered?
