I-Cushion: the graphic equaliser your cat can sit on

i_cushion_center_500_5354.jpgThere’s funky cushions, and then there’s FUNKY cushions. The I-Cushion is one of the latter, since it has its own graphic equaliser that flashes and jumps to the music that’s playing in your living room.

It’s even got some dancers on it who wouldn’t look out of place in the iPod TV ads. It’s the ultimate fusion of digital music and home furnishings – at least until someone sticks an iPod dock into a Laz-E-Boy armchair.

The cushion works using a built-in power unit and sound sensor, which fires it up whenever it’s in earshot of music.

Boys Stuff is selling the I-Cushion for £19.95, although I’m not convinced by their suggestion that you could strap it on your back and go clubbing. But then door policies are a bit more flexible nowadays, I guess…
