Does anyone really want a PC in their living room? They might if it had built-in Blu-ray. Sony’s new Digital Living System has a built-in TV tuner, and can record, store and playback Blu-ray discs. Sony reckons it’ll rival HD DVRs, and has made it about the same size as a traditional stereo receiver, fitting into regular home entertainment stands.

It comes with a wireless remote and keyboard so you can browse the Web, and the PC has an HDMI output to connect to your HDTV. We’ll be hunting it down to grab pics shortly.

Check out the rest of our CES coverage.
