Another contender for most decadent car stereo head unit of the show, the JVC KD-NX5000 pulls out all the stops with an exhustive array of multimedia functionality as well as a 24GB HDD music server and an integrated satellite navigation system. It opts out of having a motorised screen and makes do with a remarkably crisp 3.5″ LCD is used to show your route navigation, DVDs and DivX vids.

Unfortunately Bluetooth isn’t built in as standard, but you can but you can add this functionality with an optional accessory. You do get iPod connectivity and RDS-TMC though. Inside there is, in fact, a 40GB drive but 16GB is employed in storing the 13 million points of interest, which must surely be a fairly exhaustive list.
