fatboyslim.jpgFatboy Slim has teamed up with the speaker manufacturer Bowers & Wilkins to offer the ‘ultimate in cool sound’ – the B&W DM601 Fatboy.

The B&W DM601 Fatboy features artwork from his recent Greatest Hits compilation ‘Why Try Harder’, and is based on the 600 Series of hi-fi and home theatre speakers, which has been one of B&W’s most popular ranges for over a decade.

It includes a tube-loaded tweeter, Kevlar bass/midrange driver with open chassis, Flowport vent, and Matrix-style bracing originally developed for B&W’s classic Nautilus speakers.

These limited edition speakers cost around £300 a pair, and come with a free Why Try Harder Greatest Hits CD from the Fatboy himself.

Fatboy Slim has been using B&W speakers for years, and comments on these: ““It’s a real honour to have this special speaker made up. I have used B&W speakers for years. Sound good don’t they!”
