It’s a busy day for Logitech. Having already announced the Internet Calling Desktop with Skype, they’ve now announced three additional VoIP products – the QuickCall USB Speakerphone, the Cordless Internet Handset and the Cordless Headset for PC and Mobile Phones.

The Logitech QuickCall USB Speakerphone for Internet Calling offers high-end voice quality in a speakerphone through a two-microphone array – one on each side of the wing-shaped phone – that can capture voices and sounds from a wider area in a room. It also includes Logitech’s RightSound Technology, which eliminates echoes caused by a speaker and microphone in close proximity. For privacy, it’s easy to plug a headset into the speakerphone’s built-in auxiliary port and as it’s USB, it requires no other power source – so useful for laptops. It’s available in Europe from December, retailing for around £69.

The Logitech Cordless Internet Handset frees you from sitting in front of a computer, allowing you to make calls at up to 164ft (50m) from the PC. A colour LCD displays available Skype contacts, offers access to Skype voicemail, and lets you check incoming and outgoing call logs. Just scroll to a contact, click the call button and call. There’s also a hands-free speakerphone mode, an illuminated keypad, and a variety of ring tones. The Logitech Cordless Internet Handset and its charging cradle can be kept in any room – and the phone remains wirelessly connected to the PC and internet through the included USB base station. It should be available in Europe beginning in October, priced around £89.99.

The Cordless Headset for PC and Mobile Phones can be used for hands-free and cord-free phone calls on both PCs and mobile phones. The headset comes with a USB wireless receiver that plugs into a desktop PC or laptop, creating an instant connection with the headset. The headset can also be connected directly to any mobile phone with Bluetooth. It has a range of approximately 30ft (10m) and an integrated call pick up/hang up button so you can accept and end calls away from the PC or mobile phone. The headset also features Logitech’s WindStop technology for calls in windy conditions. Available in Europe from October, expect to pay around £69.99.
