Aardman's computer animations

I hate flash animations – mainly because they’re just a way for web designers to show off and add pointless screens to a website, which means more clicking for my poor overworked mouse. Does flash offer up anything decent?

Over at TV Scoop, the team have heard about something that could be more than decent. Wallace and Gromit creators Aardman Animations are producing a new series called Flowerheads – and it’s created using flash would you believe.

The series, aimed at a core audience of two- to three-year-olds, follows Daisy, Twig and Poppy as they learn about their surroundings, play together and meet new characters in their magical world. It’s set to broadcast in 2007. Want to find out more? Visit TV Scoop for this and much more from the world of TV.
