Ministry's latest DVD micro system

The Ministry of Sound MOSDV131 falls into an interesting category
of micro DVD systems bridging the gap between stereo micro systems and ordinary
home cinema setups. Although most Hi-Fi manufacturers assume that people prefer
the better acoustics (although the digital music era suggests otherwise) over
functionality, Ministry’s MOSDV131 strikes an obvious middle ground by offering
a 5.1 surround sound speaker package and DVD playback integrated with an FM
tuner,  and CD, CD-R, CD-RW playback with
support for MP3 format tracks. The £200 price tag seems pretty reasonable for
the 170w RMS system. It has all the expected features including an LCD display,
20 track programming function and remote control.
