Torian Infusion drawing closer

This fancy little device is seen as the hottest gadget to emerge from down-under this year. We first feasted out eyes on it at the unveiling at CES 2005 and now Torian has confirmed that it will be hitting our shelves soon. The Infusion is a Wi-Fi enabled internet radio MP3 player with built in FM tuner. You can select from thousands of pre-programmed stations or select you own which will then be streamed whenever you are in a Wi-Fi hotspot. Admittedly these hotspots aren’t as widely spread around this country as one might hope but that situation can only improve. Torian has confirmed that the Infusion will cost $170 (plus tax) and will be shipping to the UK at the end of the year.
