World's first portable internet radio

How about internet radio to go? Well we aren’t entirely convinced but Aussie company Torian is showcasing a product at CES called the InFusion that can apparently tune into internet radio stations outside the home. Check out the small print though and you find that the device tunes into internet radio using Wi-Fi connections rather than GSM or 3G ones, so basically you need to be sitting near a hot spot to tune in. Nevertheless the InFusion’s spec looks pretty decent in that it also includes an MP3 player, FM radio and something Torian is calling a weather ticker tape banner. The flash memory based device is expected to debut in the US in the summer retailing for around $250. You can see pics on Torian’s website.
