Xbox One UK price officially drops to £299.99

Good news if you still haven’t bought a current generation games console: Microsoft has dropped the price again.
According to Eurogamer, the UK price is now only £299.99 – down from £329.99. (And who can remember the £450 price-tag on the Kinect-laden bundle at launch?).
According to Eurogamer, Microsoft is saying that the drop is a “UK-only retail promotion”, but that’s the same euphemism that was used for the last price drop – so don’t expect it to go back up again.
It’ll be interesting to see how Sony responds with the PS4 – which is still at £329.99.
