Samsung closes flagship UK store

It couldn’t even wait until Christmas – Samsung has closed its flagship store in the Stratford Westfield shopping centre in London.

The news of the end of the “Experience Store” came as a tweet from Najeeb Khan – who posted photos showing that the store had already been partially dismantled. (It’d be cruel to joke that the photo is of the Gear S launch day, right?).

The reasons behind the closure are presumably due to Samsung making some pretty big changes to its business, after a year of underwhelming sales and general public indifference towards the brand.
