bitcasa-infinite.jpgBitcasa have launched their Infinite Drive service in the UK, offering users unlimted cloud storage space for a £7 a month fee.

Set to take on the likes of Dropbox, SugarSync and SkyDrive, Bitcasa’s service lets you pop all your music, photos, videos and other files in their online locker and access it from many comptible devices anywhere that they have access to a web connection. Unlike the competition however, Bitcasa’s Infinite Drive never caps the amount of files you can store, and does so at one flat-rate fee.

Available to iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android and Windows RT users as well as desktop users on Mac OS X and Windows, the Infinite Drive can also be accessed from a web browser, should you not have access to the company’s download client.

In terms of security, Bitcasa offer client-side encryption, securing your files before they are ever transmitted, while there’s also an automatic back-up function letting you upload the entire contents of your hard drives should you need a virtual copy of all your files.

To kick off the new UK launch, Bitcasa are offering 20% off for new users that sign up before August 31 2013. To take advantage of the offer, head over to www.bitcasa.com and use the promo code UKEU20 to get a year’s Infinite Drive for £55.
