Galaxy-s3-top-rumour.pngAfter a top-spec smartphone, but suffering from post-Christmas bank balance blues? This might be the answer: Vodafone has just lifted the covers off its Nearly New smartphone price plan, offering pre-owned smartphones of the highest order at significantly cheaper prices.

For instance, the Samsung Galaxy S III through the Nearly New plan is available for free on a £33 a month contract with unlimited texts and calls, whereas a new S III handset through Vodafone would set you back £37 a month.

Other impressive handsets on offer include the HTC One X and Apple’s iPhone 4, which can be picked up on a PAYG Nearly New deal for £250 – a fair sight cheaper than a brand new one from Vodafone for £405.

Vodafone state that all phones “have been returned in very good condition by Vodafone customers. All phones go through a strict series of checks and processes (including a full security wipe) before being placed on the scheme and are re-boxed with all the right accessories.”
