nokia-x7-top.jpgNokia’s X7, surely one of the company’s last major Symbian smartphone outings before the big Microsoft Windows Phone 7 push, has hit the Three network.

Packing the latest version of the much-maligned Symbian OS (Anna), it features a 4-inch Clear Black Display AMOLED screen, with an 8MP / 720p HD camera on the rear.

Three will have the X7 in an exclusive “Light Steel” colour for the next three months, and will also be selling the phone bundled with a 16GB memory card instead of the standard 8GB microSD card found elsewhere.

In terms of data plans, best value comes from Three’s The One Plan, which offers unlimited data, 3,000 any-network minutes, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes and 5000 texts for £35 a month.

PAYG X7 handsets from Three cost £379.99. Rolling monthly contracts then start at £15 a month for the All In One 15 deal, giving 30-days access to all-you-can-eat data along with 300 any-network minutes and 3,000 texts. Pop another tenner on top of that for the All in One 25, costing £25 and offering 500 minutes, 3,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data for a 30-day period.
