samsung-galaxy-s-2-factory.jpgThe Samsung Galaxy S II, the Korean manufacturers slimmest, speediest Android smartphone to date, has already hit the 3 million global pre-orders mark.

Packing a 1.2 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 and 4.3 inch Super AMOLED screen, the phone is so popular that Samsung are now fearful that they wont be able to meet demand for the production of the smartphone’s display.

“There are quite a few demands in some countries to ask for preferred orders for the supply of Galaxy S II,” said Samsung on their Flickr page.

“We will do our utmost best to ensure that all the global demands should be met as quickly as possible.”

Compare this pre-order figure to the actual rumoured sales statistics going around for Windows Phone 7 devices. Across the enitre range of handsets containing Microsoft’s new mobile OS, apparently no more than a mere 675,000 have been sold. It shows not only the buzz floating around the Galaxy S II and it’s top spec hardware, but the ever-growing confidence in Android as an operating system.

  • If you thought size was a problem with dress shoes and that getting really good wide width dress sandals was next to impossible, you need to think again. The women’s Softspots dress sandals are available in a wide range of sizes and widths.More notably when you are taller than your groom try to avoid high heel shoes.

  • You will just have to make the best of it for now as you usually do
