Nintendo Wii games go budget-friendly with new "Selects" line

mario-money.JPGNintendo have just revealed details on the Wii’s first set of budget re-releases, tied together under the “Selects” banner.

Expected to retail at around £19.99 and launcing on May 20th, gamers will soon be able to pick up Animal Crossing: Lets Go To The City, Mario Strikers Charged Football, WarioWare Smooth Moves and Wii Sports on the cheap.

However, the “Selects” range is looking a little bare-bones in the UK compared to the titles launching in the States; they’re also getting the classic Super Smash Brothers Brawl and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess at cut prices too.

Nintendo will also launch a new “entry level” Wii console pack on the same day, dropping the console to an undisclosed-price and bundling together Mario Kart Wii, a Wii Wheel, a Wii Remote Plus, a Nunchuk and the console itself.
