Tech Digest wen’t hands-on with the Motorola Xoom tablet yesterday on the CES 2011 show floor, following the tablets big launch at the expo earlier this week.

It’s running Android 3.0 Honeycomb, and is one of the first tabets to use a dual-core processor, making it superfast. HD video runs like a dream, with the 10.1 inch screen featuring over 1 million pixels.

The software isn’t finished yet, but the UI, featuring scrollable widgets, is already looking pretty slick.
