Debbie Callendar has been a vegetarian for 22 years, slowly venturing into veganism. What intially began as an attempt “to provide vegetarian recipe ideas to friends who were struggling to prepare vegetarian dishes for parties and get-togethers” has now expanded into a full-blown app, called FiverFood.
It offers plenty of recipes for herbivores, all for less than a £5 (hence the FiverFood moniker). There are video walkthroughs on how to get the best out of the recipes too, all contained in the app itself meaning you don’t need a web connection to enjoy the full experience.
