Doctor Who: The Adventure Games – Screenshot Gallery
Tech Digest have just grabbed some of the first pics of the newly announced Doctor Who video games, due for release on PC and Mac this June! Split into four episodes, Doctor Who: The Adventure Games will be available for free download and will feature voice-overs from Karen Gillan and the Doctor himself, Matt Smith.
I’m always a bit dubious about the quality of games made available for free download straight off the bat but, judging by these screenshots, developers Sumo Digital look to be putting in a great deal of care to the game, at least visually.
There’s still little to go on in terms of how the game will play, but we’re guessing at something like a Monkey island style point-and-click adventure.
