Waiting for a Chrome OS Netbook? Well don't hold your breath; Acer the first company to reveal a Chrome based Netbook aren't planning on releasing their offering until the back-end of 2010.
The Netbook has been in development since the middle of 2009, so it's quite an unexpectedly long wait for it to arrive. It's not the first time Acer have stepped out boldly with a brand new OS either; some may remember their admirable yet flawed dual booting Android/Windows Netbook, the first of its kind.
