iphone3G.jpgJust days after Steve Jobs revealed to the world that the iPhone has a kill-switch, allowing Apple to remotely remove any dodgy apps from your iPhone, hackers have already found a way to disable it. This will no doubt please US comedian Stephen Colbert, who’s reaction to the kill-switch news you can see by viewing the full story.

Apparently the only caveat is that you have to have a “jailbroken” iPhone – in other words, you need to have installed a hack, which is subject to a cat and mouse game between Apple and the hackers, that allows you run unlicensed applications. All you need then is the BossPrefs app and you’ll be in full control of your phone.

Apple would have got away with it too if it wasn’t for those pesky kids.
