NEC launches 19-inch LCD monitor with built-in carbon footprint meter

Other features include an unusual 5:4 aspect ratio screen which can be rotated through 90 degrees, an optimal 1,280 x 1,024 resolution, power consumption of 38W (2W standby), an eco mode which limits the monitor’s maximum brightness to 60%, 176 degree viewing angle, and both analogue and digital inputs.
