Yes, it's from China, no it is not going to appear legally on UK shelves but hunt hard in the coming months and you should find a few worldwide websites selling the DPMP-003.

It might be worth the effort if you are a retro gamer, because it packs in NES emulation. And thats not all - there's also a 1.3 megapixel camera, recording of scheduled TV shows. TV out and playback of MPEG-4 video on the 3-inch screen, as well as audio playback and photo viewing from memory card.
