Shiny Shiny wrote the other week about Mariah Carey getting all geeky, singing about her favourite Wi-Fi speed and YouTube. I'm sorry to say, but I've just discovered an even worse song about technology than that, if it's possible.
The award goes to Teyana Taylor, whose song 'Google Me' is the most stomach-churning bottom-clenchingly repulsive ditty I've ever heard. It'll make you want to pour battery acid down your eardrums. With lyrics including "so if you looking for me go and pull it up. Cause I'm a celebrity. Go head and google me," it's worth a listen though. If only so everything you hear afterwards, including Mariah's 'Touch My Body', sounds like sweet aural candy to your broken ear flaps.
