Urbanati DJ Console – recycled set-up for your decks

urbanti.jpgIf you happen to be bedroom DJ – especially an eco-friendly one – this Urbanati DJ Console could be fit your home perfectly.

It’s a recycled set-up for your decks, courtesy of designer Trevor O’Neil. The Urbanti is made from reused cork (left over from a previous project), salvaged wood, a recycled pine beam (from O’Neil’s childhood home) and plywood (from a leftover cabinet). Which means you are buying part of the designer’s life as well as purpose-built furniture for two decks, a mixer and an amplifier.

But this custom-made design does come at a cost – $2,000 to be precise.
