Samsung had the longest line-up of all the manufacturers, with 12 models displayed at the Mobile World Congress show. It’s enough to give anyone Samsung fatigue!

Here’s a recap on all the new handsets…

U900 Soul – 5.0-megapixel camera, 4x zoom, image stabilisation, HSDPA, mobile blogging, RSS feeds, music library, and microSD slot. Out March, for €400. See details here and video here.

J700 – 1.3-megapixel camera, microSD slot, FM radio, music player, and 2.0″ display. Out in March, for €130. See details here.

i200 – 3G, Windows Mobile 6, 2.0-megapixel camera, microSD slot, 2.3″ display. Out in Spring for €200. See details here.

L170 – 2.0-megapixel camera, 1.6″ display, 10.7mm thickness. Out in March, for €175. See details here.

L770 – UMTS connectivity, 2.0-megapixel camera, and radio. Out in Spring, for €260. See details here.

G810 – 3.5G connectivity, compatible with YouTube, GPS, geo-tagging, Google Maps, 5.0-megapixel camera, 3x optical zoom, runs on Symbian OS. See details here.

G400 – touchscreen internal and external displays, 5.0-megapixel camera, FM radio, 100MB storage, microSD slot. Out in May for €300. See details here.

E251 – VGA camera, FM radio, microSD slot. Out in Spring for €120. See details here.

F480 – the Armani branded phone from last year, minus the Armani branding. four-way ‘Croix’ tactile interface, 3G, 5.0-megapixel camera. Out in April for €350. See details here.

F400 – Bang & Olufsen-branded, it has two external speakers, 3G internet, microSD slot and FM radio. Out in March for €370. See details here.

P960 – DVB-H support, Picture In Picture, 2.0-megapixel camera, music player, and other features. Release date uncertain.

  • It is hard to say such a thing is clear.
    Significant change, it is.

  • And the user interface is still horrible on every one of them no doubt! I still have unpleasant memories of receiving sms with phone numbers and having to write them down on paper because there was no way to transfer them to my directory or dialing. Incredible!!!
