Tooth Tunes - music while you brush

Comments (1)

Fancy livening up that dull twice-daily brushing session? Well, now you can add music, courtesy of Tooth Tunes.

This battery-powered toothbrush apparently 'transmits' music into your head as you brush, with soundwaves streaming through the bristles before travelling through your jawbone to your inner ear where the music reverberates in your head. And all with a push of a button.

But there is a downside - only Destiny's Child's Survivor, Queen's We Will Rock You and Black Eyed Peas' Let's Get It Started are available - and personally, I wouldn't want any of those bouncing through my skull, If you do, they retail for £7.95 each.

i have one of these. i remember hearing about them on tomorrows world on the bbc about 10 years ago, obviously no one saw it as that good of an idea that long ago.

now though, the ipod generation, they obviously see it as a way of getting 5 year olds into the scene of listening to music through the use of gadgets.

they are pretty cool, the only downside to it is the fact that when its turned on you can hear the music without putting it in your mouth. it does get louder when you do start brushing with it, but if you have the water running from the tap as you brush its sometimes hard to hear. (although we all know we shouldnt waste water)

last downside is that all tracks are cut down to 2 minutes because thats the amount of time one should brush for in a teeth brushing session.

i like them though
