Not content with having shows on TV, Disney has moved into the TV market itself in association with Uniden, launching this Mickey Mouse HD-ready LCD TV.

Japan only so far, this 20-inch LCD TV has a resolution of 1366x768, brightness of 500cd/m2, support for TruSurround TX and TruBass and two HDMI ports. If you happen to be in the Far East, this will set you back the equivalent of £375.

Whether a similarly-branded TV this will make it out of Japan remains to be seen.
