The iPhone launches tomorrow on O2 here in the UK, but the other operators aren’t about to skulk in the shadows. Orange has come out swinging, giving figures on exactly how well its mobile music service is going. And bear in mind most operators hate giving out actual figures on this kind of thing.

Anyway, in October, Orange’s Music Store sold 203,000 full-track downloads, up from 125,000 in May. And in the last week alone, Orange has sold more than 5,000 downloads of Leona Lewis’ ‘Bleeding Love’ single. Okay, that last stat doesn’t sound like much in the scheme of things, but still.
