Free from the Discovery Channel if you sign up to their Most Haunted newsletter, it'll supposedly work like some Ghost Busters kit and turn your phone into an Electromagnetic field (EMF) fluctuation detector and measure variations in data transmissions. Strange occurrences and patches of energy detected will send an alert to your mobile so you can then dial 555-2368 for the Ghostbusters! I might sign up for it, purely for the chance Bill Murray may turn up in his coveralls...mmm...
