The dead frog webserver

dead-frog-server.jpgDon’t worry, this is just an awful piece of “art” not the next big thing from Apple.

It is a very small webserver, only, for some weird reason probably to do with his childhood not being very happy, the maker has installed it in the body of a dead frog.

Artist Garnet Hertz is the one to report to the RSPCA’s Frog Crimes Division over all this, as it’s his idea – and if you need supporting evidence, the work of “art” is on display at sponsor’s site Concept Lab.

Viewers of the exhibition can make the frog corpse move, via an Ethernet link. This is at least a bit more interesting than deleting endless “zombies” messages on Facebook.
