Philips has launched a pair of audiophile earphones on a budget – the SHE9700.

The in-ear headphones are the result of much research by Philips, creating the ‘Angletube’ shape for passive noise isolation. Angletube technology uses an ergonomically designed Angled Acoustic Pipe, shaped to channel sound waves directly to the ear drum, cutting back on distortion.

The earphones come with three soft and interchangeable silicon ear caps in different sizes, ideal for cutting out unwat5ed background noise. Complete with adjustable cord and case, they retail at £34.99.
