The Wow Pen Eco is both an inexpensive (albeit less functional) alternative to an art tablet, and a potential solution for carpal tunnel sufferers. Shaped like a pen rather than a traditional lozenge, it changes your grip in a way that means less strain on your wrist. Though the reviewer noted it is nowhere near as nice as a tablet in applications like Photoshop, it's also much more portable than typical mice, and wireless. However, at only 400 DPI, the reviewer -- after being increasingly annoyed by how inaccurate the tracking was -- was also keenly looking forward to the upcoming 800 dpi version.
