MySpace goes YouTube with MySpace TV

MySpace is revamping its video offering with a relaunch under the MySpace TV banner – separate from the main MySpace site.

According to the New York Times, MySpace TV will be open to all, not just MySpace members, offering video clips with short ads before the main content. In addition, there will be news ways of integrating video into MySpace pages, allowing each user to create their own TV channel as well as the option to edit and combine video.

An international launch is expected shortly – more as we get it.
