The great and good of the mobile entertainment industry are currently whooping it up in Monte Carlo at the MEM trade show, which last night hosted the Mobile Entertainment Awards 2007, which rewards the best mobile services.

Lily Allen (well, her record company) had reason to Smile – her mobile site won the Artist Campaign award. Meanwhile, the Music Service award was won by Omnifone’s MusicStation service, which you may remember from our interview with the company earlier this year.

It was a surprise given that MusicStation hasn’t actually launched yet. More awards after the jump.

Best mobile game went to Miami Nights: Singles In The City by Gameloft, which gives a new spin on the Sims formula. TV production giant Endemol won the Content Award for its Get Close To… Sugababes mobile TV show, while Loop Mobile’s MOKO social networking community – available on 3 here in the UK – scooped the Communities & UGC Award.
