Maplin launches A05GW GPS plus MP3 player for under £100

Sat nav systems are no longer a luxury item - a succession of budget models have driven prices down to everyone's budget. Maplin is the latest - offering its A05GW GPS and MP3 player for under £100.

All the basics are covered here - and that includes a 3.5-inch touch screen, Sirf Star III chipset, 2D/3D and day/night modes. There's also 64MB of memory for your tunes, along with a remote control so your passengers can skip through the tracks. You can also boost storage via memory card.

It retails for £99.99 and is available now.
