You are off down to the local electrical retailer, with a list of requirements for a new TV set. Does a printer port appear on there? Thought not - but it's not going to stop Haier from sticking one on its L47A18 LCD TV.
It's a 47-inch set that can display full HD 1080p content and features 2x HDMI ports. It also has a USB port and card reader. And that printer port. That probably means you can print frames from TV instantly to paper (or photo paper). Why you would want to do this another issue altogether.
It's set for release in China (the home of Haier) in the near future, retailing for the equivalent of £1,350. No news of a UK launch.
