There’s one particularly annoying thing about a wireless mouse – that moment when it starts drifting all over the place when the batteries are on their way out – and a trip to the shop to buy new ones is necessary. So this new Obsidian rechargeable wireless mouse from Saitek could be worth a look.

That charge comes from a cradle, with spare battery recharge so you can keep working all day and night if you need to. Other features include an ergonomic design, optical sensor and highly-accurate tracking.

It offers a minimum dpi resolution of 1000 plus interference-free 2.4GHz wireless technology. If you want one, it retails for £39.99.
