On Tuesday, iTunes began selling “That”, a snowboarding action film made by Forum Snowboards. The film producer, after getting no joy from its DVD distributor, spoke to Apple directly. The film is now sold in the “TV Shows” section for $1.99

It’s the first time Apple have sold video content from an independent label. If it continues, it could prove beneficial to both Apple and the indies.
