gpsnxp.jpgPlenty of people are already getting excited about geotagging, which means associating location information (e.g. latitude and longitude) with digital photos or other content and then Doing Stuff with it. For example, plotting it against Google Maps.

Trouble is, it can be a bit fiddly doing it yourself. Wouldn’t it be nice if you had a digital camera with GPS built in, and an easy way of automatically capturing your location whenever you snap a pic. Well, NXP Software has just announced a technology to do just that. It’s called swGPS SnapSpot, and Techscape has the full story.
