Good news for those of you who like the look of Palm’s Treo 750 but didn’t want to be tied to a Vodafone deal – that exclusivity is now ending, with the PDA available to purchase on the network of your choice from February 6th.

The touchscreen Treo 750 is compatible with 3G/HSDPA networks and runs Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Phone Edition, so has all the expected Office compatibility, including Outlook and Direct Push email, the ability to view and edit Microsoft Word and Excel files and to view PowerPoint and PDF files.

Other notable features include a full QWERTY keyboard, miniSD slot, 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth threaded chat view for text and MMS messages, web searching directly from the “today” screen, voicemail with “VCR-like” icons and functionality.

Check with your favoured network for price and availability.
