Pentax has unveiled the Optio T30 - a slimline 7 megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom and 3-inch LCD screen, plus face recognition technology.
The face recognition function means the camera will pick up and focus on the face, ideal for catching your friends out and about. And if you're not too steady with your hand, the Digital Shake Reduction should compensate, while an Auto Picture Mode sorts out the best settings for the shooting conditions.
The camera also features a touch-control system, on-screen image manipulation and high-definition playback. It should hit UK stores in February with a retail price of £199.99.
