Neon Powerball: exercise those arms… in the dark?

powerball.jpgThe Neon Powerball is a specially engineered piece of equipment that can be used to strengthen wrists, biceps, and shoulders, whilst showing off how strong you are.

It’s gyroscopic, meaning that when it’s rotated in a certain way, the internal mechanism moves ever faster, right up to 15,000 revs per minute. At this rate, it exerts around 40lbs of pressure on your muscles – assuming you can control it when it’s seemingly getting out of control.

It has a built-in digital speedometer for recording just how fast the mechanism is spinning. It illuminates in blue neon, and has three variable programmes. It measures 7.5cm x 6.5cm.

It’s available for £24.99
