I’m sure I had something like this when I was a kid, but everything gets re-branded and made more appealing to the next generation, and this “My First Clock” is no exception (mind you, have you seen the picture on the box?)

In these days of new-fangled digital clocks and watches, or just glancing down at the Windows task bar to see what time it is, evoke some sense of achievement – and dare I say nostalgia – by building a working analogue clock where all the wheels and cogs are visible.

Though it hasn’t got an alarm on it, it might just be big and bright enough to see from your bed when you wake up bleary-eyed each morning.
