Wifi Walker is another little gizmo that lets you detect open wireless networks by pushing a small button rather than conspiciously unloading your entire gear and walking around peering into the screen with such intensity that you trip over a park bench, fling the whole thing into a pond, fall in yourself, get soaked, get pneumonia, and die without ever having known true love. No word on pricing or availability, but really, what price can you put on avoiding such a grim fate? [GT]
