It’s not only Apple that can miniaturise the computer, Evesham are doing it too, with the company today unveiling the second generation of its Mini PC.

Good for when space is limited (or if you just don’t want a big beige box on the floor), the mini PC is very much aimed at the home entertainment market, featuring Intel Viiv technology, a TV tuner and remote control if you want a computer/PVR hybrid in the living room.

The Mini PC uses the Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor with 1GB memory, Intel GMA950 graphics and runs on Windows Media Center. There’s 100GB of storage, along with a dual layer DVDRW for burning to disc. Connectivity offered includes 1 x S-Video, 1 x IEEE1394, 2 x USB 2.0, DVi and plenty of audio connectivity including SPDIF out.

It’s available now, priced at £799.99.
