c64: the opera

One of my fondest childhood memories involves learning to program BASIC on a Vic-20 – back when one played actual pianos. To have resurrected a Commodore in order to specifically make music on it tweaks those nostalgia nerves, to be sure, but the idea of an opera played on the C-64 tweaks the actual perverse nerves. Premiering in Gigant, Apeldoorn on September 22 – or you can just watch the video. [GT]
